Hello everyone
I have the following problem and I can't complete my user stories, which I migrated. These user stories are already finished, but they are shown to me in Jira as open. If I put them in a sprint and close this sprint then the user stories will be displayed again in the backlog. Did someone have the problem and can help me solve this problem?
Hi @Cemal
If you're still seeing those issue assigned to you and show as open, most probably a resolution is not being set on the issue which shows it as closed when its actually done. You will need to check if the project has a resolution that is automatically added via post-function on the status when the issue is closed. subsequently, on your Sprint Board, you might want to check if the appropriate status is added to the Column of the Board.

@Cemal , Are the status of the stories is Open? Did you change the status to the one that is mapped as the last column of the scrum board ?

No thestatus of the stories is closed. Yes, I did.
The stories will be put back into my Backlog after the sprint has finished.

@Cemal , sorry to ask the same question again. But this is a general behaviour when the last column in the board is not mapped to the status which you consider as done. So i am still asking you to check on your last column of this board.. Does it have the status 'Closed'?

@Fazila Ashraf With new user stories it works without any problems. Only with the migrated user Stories (which are already completed) it isn´t possible. Whenever I close the sprint with the migrated user stories, they go back to the Backlog.
