All of the Issues were disappeared in Jira cloud

Hi,

Ours is jira cloud controlled by atlassian. Today all the user stories are disappeared, we have all boards, projects, issue types. But all the Jira issues in the projects are gone. How can this happen. If Atlassian cannot take proper measures to maintain server how can a company maintain Projects using jira.

I have raised a ticket in Atlassian support, none responded. Our worked is stopped for 2 hours. Till now no update. I tried calling them, they asked me to leave a VM, I did. 

Can Some one tell me what to do?

In my organization's two and a half years of using JIRA cloud, we have had very few issues. I understand that continuity of service is very important, and Atlassian takes it very seriously as well. I'm sure they are working on this as a top priority.

I have not seen a root cause analysis, only the information provided on the issue being resolved:

Resolved - Deployed fix has been confirmed. This issue has been resolved.
