Allow @user permission on team managed board

Hi

I have a team managed board which I have invited our client to as a Member. They can create, update, transition, assign and close tickets but they can't mention a project team member in the comments.

I've seen a potential solution in adding Browse Users & Groups in global permissions but I don't want the client to see users that are not part of the specific project they are invited too.

I'd appreciate any advice
