Although access not provided to a different Squad member, why there is daily notification going out?

Hi, There seems to be daily notification going with high alert for action to a different team member although access not provided.

Could you please urgently check and let me now why there is daily notification going out to different squad member although no permission provided or neither added them to this project.

Do the notifications correspond to a filter subscription? If so, maybe they can unsubscribe, or the subscription can be modified to exclude those who shouldn't receive the notifications.

It doesn't seem to be a filter subscription. Please find the attached image of the e-mail received everyday.  Could you please let me know the option to stop this reaching a different squad.

Hi Team, My apologies, the notifications are being received via Slack and not e-mails. Please let me know, if there is any way, it can be removed.  Please help
