Am trying to rename the Version in Jira to Product. Any ideas on how to do this change?

In  Jira, I want to rename version to product

Affects Version/s and Fix Version/s (which are populated by Versions under project settings) are system fields and cannot be renamed. If you are on Jira Server you could create a new language pack and rename them in there, see Renaming System Fields in JIRA
