Hi ,
I added a user to an organization in march when he tried todat to access to the HD. He wasn't able to access to it or I added him with the correct email before and at that time he was able to create tickets but now he can't access to HD.
Any reason why this happened?
when I click to view his profile, I am given the error message:
We landed here for a user that does not exist.
Head back to the directory to search for another user.
The user doesn't exist, is he still added as customer of the service project?

why doesn't exists where he is added to HD with the right email and was able to access to it before?
Probably I edited the organization name, May that be the cause?

Changing the name of the organisation does not change added users/customers.
Please share a screenshot of where exactly (URL) you see the user profile.

You are looking at Users (so people who have a license). If you cannot find the user, then he no longer exists and may have been deleted.
Please to to the Service Project > Channels & People > Customers.
Search for customers, can you find that person?

Hi @yosser.mahfoudh Have you tried to add a user (with a license) to an organization or a customer (without a license)?
What is the current role of that person in your project?
