An error appears when I access to a Kanban board and don't find why

I need to access to a Kanban board that is made with a filter that is shared, I can see all the issues but I don't know why cannot access to the sidebar. 

I have access to the project where the board is placed too.

I don't know what I am missing.

Do you see the same error using a different browser? if not, try to clear the browser cache and try again.

Hi Samuel and thanks for answering, Yes it happens in different browsers, I've used Edge and Firefox. It happened with my user and when as admin I logged as another user. As I've said the users were in the project, the filter were shared, the board is shared so I don't know what I'm missing.
