Any free app for comment template?

Hello good people,

We were using this app for comment template in our project:

But, sometimes it shows weird errors and the template doesn't work. Just like this

We are looking for some other free alternatives that will serve our purpose of having a comment template for JIRA tickets.

I left a message under a different post about a comment template where I explained how Issue Templates for Jira (developed by the company I work for) might be useful in your use case. The app is free for up to 10 users. On Marketplace , you can check the monthly and annual app costs depending on the number of users in your Jira instance.
