we all know that creating tickets in confluence will automatically create them in Jira but what about the other way around ?
If a developer creates a ticket in Jira, is there a way that we can link that to a confluence page ? Maybe a logic used where any issue created under this EPIC should create a link on this confluence page ?
Thanks
i am not sure but a suggestion for this.
go to your confluence page and click edit. there you will see an option to insert jira issue paste jira issue link and update it .
but i think we cant do it automatically . you can link a confluence page to jira issue also if required.
yes that's what I have found. It would be great if you had mentioned a confluence page in Jira and it automatically created a JIRA link on the confluence page under a header that said 'mentions in JIRA.'
