When I open an issue in the Android app (Jira Cloud, from backlog or from board) I get an error message of "Something's gone wrong. Please restart the app and try signing in again".
The closest question to this I found suggests assigning at least one issue but that doesn't help... Any other leads I should be looking at?
(Slightly related question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/JIRA-Cloud-Android-errors/qaq-p/642047)
It's not blocking (just as little annoying), I just hit ok and everything seems to work fine but I don't want to find I've been forgetting to fill in a field in 300 ticket's time...
Hi Alex,
Thanks for raising this with us - we got your email and will follow up to get more information from you there to help us debug.
We have been trying to track down the root cause of this so when we do (hopefully soon with your help), and we have an update I will edit this answer to let other affected users know.
Thanks,
Josh
Thanks Josh,
Waiting for the email and fully intend to update this question too once we've found a resolution.

Thanks for reporting this Alex, we have fixed this issue - if you or anyone else sees this kind of issue again, please don't hesitate to let us know via the in-app feedback.
Cheers
Josh

I've been getting this same issue on my android phone and tablet for the last week or so. It's described as fixed in this thread though.
Is there something you could recommend I try?

@David Haider Where exactly are you getting the error? I admit I have the message again now when I go back from a project to the global projects view. (but the specific error mentioned in this question I can no longer replicate so I consider it fixed)
I suggest you go to 'Account' and the third item in the list is "Give Feedback", this will probably give useful info about your instance for debugging.

You could email the development team directly on this issue; jira-cloud-native@atlassian.com , they may even be able to offer a more permanent solution.
Hope this helps,
Danny
