Is there any way to get a report where we can see the time spent on each ticket by the staff person? As to get basic knowledge how long a staff person is spending on tickets and what are their total work hours.
Hi @Khushi Sanjaykumar Patel
If your staff is using Jira Time Tracking, then I would recommend you to try out our app - Worklogs Time Tracking and Reports.
It allows you to create reports based on Jira Time Logs and Jira issue fields. So, it's perfect for creating user report:
or for checking how much time has been spent on specific Jira issues types:
Each report can be exported or shared through a link. You can even place your report on a dashboard through Worklogs gadget.
Please feel free to contact me in case of any questions here.
Here is another app that costs less, but only does worklog reporting.
I used it and was happy with it.
The built in reports for Time Spent are very simplistic and will not give you what you want.

Hi @Khushi Sanjaykumar Patel on behalf of the Planyway team, I'd like to suggest you trying Planyway. It has the Reports tab that shows tracked time on issues per user:
Planyway syncs with Jira worklogs. You'll see the total tracked time per user and can check time per each issue.
Hope you give it a try, feel free to ask any questions.

Can Planyway present the report in the form of chart?

Hi @Andrii (PM), thanks for asking. Planyway can present the report in the form of the column chart as shown on the screenshot above. Were you looking for more of a pie chart report type?

Hi,
As another option, if you would be interested in a third-party app for reporting, you can check out eazyBI.
Here are some example reports on hours spent grouped by Logged by users: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/27385-time-tracking.
You could also import additionally (e.g. from Tempo planned hours) or calculate the available hours of each user per week.
Let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with regarding eazyBI!
