I am looking for creating JIRA issues based on the input data pulled in from external systems like ITSM Remedy
Any simple way to pull ticket information from ITSM systems and create respective ticket in JSD
@Sanjay K I'd suggest looking into integration tools like Zapier or Tray.io, we're currently using Zapier to create a new JSD issue every time a new record is created in Airtable. There can be some limitations with Zapier though, e.g. the ITSM system you use might not be available to integrate with Jira, but I believe that Tray is less restrictive so definitely worth looking into this.
