Any way to add message field to screen for Data Center?

I am currently using the Jira Toolkit plugin while I am on Jira Server version to display a Message Field on the Create screen. When we move to Data Center in a few months this plugin is not compatible, so I'm looking for a replacement option for this use case. 

So far I've found this plugin Message Field by JiBrok

I currently have Scriptrunner and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to get a Web Panel to show up on a specific create screen for a project. 

Has anyone solved this use case to get a Message/Read Only field on a create screen without Jira Toolkit Plugin for Data Center?

I would recommend testing the apps that you found and see how they work.

 Thanks for that feedback. I was hoping to find a solution without using the Jira Toolkit plugin app. I might have to go with the Message Field by JiBrok and see if that will work for me.
