Anyone experiencing comments and descriptions not saving in Jira?

Jira descriptions and comments are not saving in recent days. Issues are saved. Issue titles are saved. But not descriptions and comments. Anyone else seen this behavior?

Today we faced this issue too, Jira (cloud version) reported that a description was saved, but other users did not see the changes. Do you know what could be the reason? Could it be due to 'Tempo' plugin?
