Our company Jira Tempo cloud account is not responding. The message we getting is "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?"

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6

Can you please add the URL for your instance so we can better investigate this. The .log and .har file when recreating this problem might also be helpful.

Hi Susanne,

Thank for the response. This issue is now resolved. Our network security was blocking the tempo ad-on.
