When some users look into an issue: the icon "Attach" appear to them with the "link" icon.
When I look into the same issue, the icon "Attach" appears correctly and works correctly.
Why is there this change of Icon for some users ?
Do you have already had this problem ?

i suspect that one has Jira labs enabled and the other does not.

so I don’t believe you are comparing apples and apples here. The “attach” is used to attach issues while the Link is to create links to other issues or web pages. The reason (I think) you are not seeing Attach is that you don’t have the permissions for attachments. Is that possible?

Hello Jack, I know that Attach and Link are two diffent functions.
All users have the same right in the issue screen for all projects to attach or link functions.
Only in this particular project, the users see the Link icon, where normaly we see the Attach icon.
And when I connect to the same issue (see below) I correctly see the Attach icon.
