We create a custom issue type AccessRequest with approver. We choose the approver, the approver need to have the full information inside the ticket to decide if he approve or not but actually when he receive the notification, he only see the Approve Decline button and the subject.
Not the description of other fields. Do you know how customise this page?

You would need to leverage the Description field to capture any important info as you can’t add custom fields to the view. You could achieve this thru some automation where a comment could be added and copy custom fields into the comment.

In the approver view, we don't see the Description part as we can see in the issue "Demande d'accès au dossier "brol" isn't viewable. Why?
Ok i understand for the custom field but why we can't see the description? It's necessary to understand the demand.. The summary isn't enough.

so i'm on cloud and i just check my portal/approvals and found that I can select show/hide details on an already approved issue. maybe this is different for server.

Maybe but your portal doesn't have the approve/ decline button. Is it possible it's not the same interface?
