We're currently using JIRA software server 7.5 which was upgraded from 7.0.
kanban backlog is not working on my current version (7.5) and ...\
now we're testing upgrading 7.5 to 7.10.1 data center (which we already purchased).
we exported xml from 7.5 and import to 7.10.1 .
everything is ok but these 2 functions.
we exported xml again from this new 7.10.1 and import to another clean 7.10.1 node, then ... all working.
Do you have any idea? we should reduce the downtime, but it takes too much time this way.
Thanks in advance.

We will, but right now we have to prepare for an upgrade tomorrow so we're going to do this by long and winding way this time.
for now, we have to export and import 2 times. 7.5 -> 7.10.1(A) then 7.10.1(A) -> 7.10.1 (B). we tested 2 times and it's working well.
(B) will be our production node 1.
Thanks for your suggestion and we're going to contact you again after upgrade to see what the problem was.

@Hansoo Bae, if you are using Internet Explorer, there was a known bug that was fixed in 7.10.x.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-16572
You can verify if that is impacting you?

No, this is not the case. (we mainly use Chrome and this is not the problem with UI)
kanban backlog function itself is not activated.
Thanks.
