I should be able to activate a users account, to give them access to the host site but the Grant Access button is not there? Please advise.

If your organization uses a managed account, you will need to go to the Directory to find the user.
Then you will need to Reactivate account first. Then return to the list of users to Grant access.
Thanks - but apparently the "Managed Account" function is not active. Step 1 says to verify the domain, which i have but it says it's been verified yet I still can't manage users. However, some users i have the ability to grant access but others i can't. How can i enable the manage accounts feature. Is there someone that can walk me through this process.
