Assignee, Reporter management

Is there a way to manage the list of parties in Assignee, Reporter fields and also while typing after @ symbol?

I am using Jira cloud and the problem is that some unnecessary names appear in the list. ex.: Jira Cloud for Workspaces, Jira Service Desk Widget, Gantt Cloud. 

What do I need those names for?

I have the exact same problem. Is there any way for us to remove them?

You can set up the list of users that has assignee permissions - Assignable issues.

Thanks, but what about these names which appear automatically. I never added them?

those are associated with addons. they are system users. are they appearing in your dropdowns, e.g. Assignee, as they should not.

Yes they are appearing. So, no way to get rid of them?
