Hi. I'm having problems with a small percentage of tickets in which the assignees are changing to "unassigned" after the ticket is closed. The assignees are no doing it. I believe them, because it happens on some of my own tickets. I close it, check, see my name still in place, come back later and it's unassigned.
I'm working on an enterprise version. The admins have been unable to reproduce the problem, but there are plenty of examples. It's a pretty impactful amount of data correction for me to do. Any ideas?
What does the issue history say for the assignee change?
We were just discussing that today. I've noticed that some of the actions aren't captured in the history. And indeed, at least the most recent instances of disappearing assignee don't show the assignment in the first place. So there's something funky going on there.
