Hello,
Thank you for the great product!
We are using JIRA and Confluence Cloud. Is there an integration to ceonnect Atlas CRM Files with existing Microsoft Sharepoint in our company?
Thank you.
Welcome to the community.
As you are referring Atlas CRM, this is a 3rd party app.
Please reach out to their support, to find out the possibilities.
The app does provide its own API, so you could look into if that can be used to connect with Sharepoint.
Be aware this app is developed for Jira and not Sharepoint
Hi there,
Thank you for your kind words about Atlas CRM! 🙌
Currently, we don't offer direct file management integration with SharePoint or OneDrive. However, we're planning to add multiple file management options in the future, including Google and Microsoft.
For your information, we've recently released a Gmail app, and next month we'll be launching our Outlook Add-in. These apps allow you to automatically store emails with customer records in Atlas CRM. The Outlook integration will open up possibilities for further Microsoft service integrations, including file management, which we plan to explore in the beginning of next year.
If you'd like to stay updated on these developments, please reach out to us via our support portal, and we'll keep you in the loop!
Best regards,
Thijs van Hall
