(Atlas) Projects Status Reporting and PMI

With (Atlas) projects, we have the capability to report status the easy way. Projects will send updates automatically and you can select all the projects you are interested in.

It's all very comfortable.

But how do you manage the twitter like 280 character short status style with the demand of a full blown PMI status report with all the different risk categories to be answered? How do you manage the details?

Hi @Ingo W.,

The short character limit is very intentional. If you want more extensive reporting (if that is truly what you would want to strive for on a weekly basis), you can include more extensive reports inside your short status update.

Think about:

• including attached files
• a smartlink to a Confluence page
• a loom video
• ...
