Atlassian Access - URLs diferentes

I have a client who wants to purchase some URLs from Jira Software, 4 or 5 different URLs. I would like to know if it is possible to place all these URLs within the same Access.
For example: having 5 URLs with 100 users each, hiring an Access with 500 users and using this Access on the 5 URLs, is it possible?

Yes. Access allows a user to claim a domain and any users signed up with that domain. Then, they may enforce sign-on policies for those users regardless of which site they are signing into.
