Jira software throws error "Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable" error.
Centos 7 Server can reach marketplace however manage add-ons cannot.
There is no proxy.

Make sure that there is not a firewall rule preventing access.

Same here. We can't establish a TLS connection to the atlassian webservers via our CentOS 7. A connection via curl is also not working. Our firewall is not blocking it and there is no HTTPS inspection or other snakeoil in between.

Okay so it looks like TLS 1.2 and up is suppoted by the webserver. From a quick google search I found out that CentOS is only speaking TLS 1.1.

CentOS 7 is able to speak TLS 1.2. However I can't connect to the atlassian webservers. Every over TLS 1.2 enabled webserver works. So this is not a CentOS problem.
