I have added user to Jira but the user is not receiving Email invite to login. We have tried to remove the user and added again but still no luck.
we have tried "Resend Email Verification" option also but user is not receiving mail from Atlassian.
Note: User is added when she doesn't have access to her inbox but after she got access to inbox we have removed her email and added again still no emails received.
Have they checked their junk mailbox? Has anyone with the same domain received an email? Invite email aside, if they enter the login URL are they able to log in?

They checked Junk Mailbox also. users with same domain receiving the mail except the 2 users.
if they enter into login URL it is asking the user to accept the invite sent to their email.

we have raised support ticket with users domain. they are saying ,no mails received in there system from atlassian for this particular user.
