I am running Atlassian JIRA v7.4.0 behind nginx.

The issue is reproduced here:

There's nothing in the log-files :(

I'm afraid the link does not open.

Hi Nic,

works on my machine ;)
I have also tried it in an Incognito Tab.

But here's also a screenshot:

Best regards,

Hmm.  I'm not sure what that might be.  The url looks correct, and there's no reason not to display it.  If it were an encoding or "file name wrong", I'd expect a browser error message.

I assume the files are the same, just with different names?  (Eliminates any chance of the file content causing a problem)

Does the blank screen have any html behind it at all?  Could you compare the "view source" in the browser for both views?

Hi Nic,

You can also have a look yourself:

The Instance is sample/demo Application anyway to reproduce this issue: TEST-1 in t2consult demo-jira

User: tester
Password: Test1+

The picture is the same, just the filename is different.
The Thumbnails are displayed correctly for both images.

In the console I can see:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 505 ()

Best regards,
Tobias
