Whenever the user submits an attachment to a ticket, and we go to download the attachment from the ticket – the attachment opens as a word document that then opens as a blank .txt file when downloaded. The name of the file is "blob".
Why does this happen and how can it be fixed.

We saw you have already created an internal ticket with the Atlassian Standard support about this problem.
Since we need some confidential information to proceed with the investigation (Like the own file itself), we will keep this investigation on the internal ticket, publishing its resolution in this community question when we finish it.
