I have a request want to ask you
The KSC Support Team would like the Primary Customer and Customer/s Impacted to auto-generate based on Organization when a ticket is created. My question is can i use Organization to auto Populate another field value in jira? (Primary Customer and Customer/s Impacted are customfied we made in jira)

Do I understand correctly that you have Jira Service Desk?

I would say, Yes I have jira Service Desk.
But my question is , for example when I create a ticket then I choose Organaization i=Mandia Primary Customer field can auto change to mandia test?
