Auto assign tickets to project lead while moving to-from different project

I want to assign tickets to particular project lead when I am changing the ticket's project.

Eg. Ticket A-1 is in project A and assigned to "a", when I move this ticket to project B, I want it to be auto assigned to "b" who is the project B's lead.

You can do this under the project user role settings

Thanks for the answer @Krishnanand Nayak , this works perfectly fine in case the issues are created in that particular/same project.

But this doesn't solve my requirement in case of transitioning/moving the issue in another project. In that case the assignment never happens according to the setting you mentioned above.
