Greetings all - I'd like to set up some responses or behaviour to trigger when people comment on tickets which are closed.
Is there anything in Jira Software on Cloud that I can take advantage of to do this? Whether it be an email to the person commenting or setting to a particular status via workflow so that attention can be paid?
I know that the assignee should get an email when the ticket is commented on, but I'd like to push the onus back onto the person trying to make the comment.
