Automate a monthly task with numbered bullets in the description

I am new to automation in Jira and need to set up recurring monthly task that keep a specific list of numbered steps in the description and all of that formatting. I have seen other questions that walk through the steps of creating a bulleted list but I need to have the numbers list remain.

I don't know of any. The JQL reference is decent but in the "classic" documentation format.
