Automated addition of "Custom issue type" in every newly created "Issue type schema"

As soon as I create a project, a new "Issue type Schema" gets created.

this new "Issue type schema" should have already created custom "issue type" 

how can I do so?

I can not use the project template because it forces me to select "issue type schema". I want to create a new "Issue type schema" every time a new project gets created but with custom issue type, which has already been created by me.

It is not really polite to leave other questions unanswered and just ask it again.

Why do you want to create a new scheme everytime you create a new project?

In general, it is not recommended to do so, it makes administration a lot harder.

I created this issue because I thought this is related to issue type schema , previous question was related to project template . 

I know creating issue type schema every time will create overhead but this is requirement to have separate issue type schema for each project. Can we do so ?

As far as I know, there is no way to add an specific issue type to one of the issue type schemes that are used as basis for the new projects.
