Automatically create link between the original and cloned issue for specific project

Hello,

I know that by default, when an issue is cloned, JIRA will automatically create a link between the original and cloned issue using the pre-existing link type name 'Cloners'.

I want to know if it is possible to implement this link in a specific project in Jira.

I other words, I don't want to edit the jira-config.properties file for all the system, but to a specific project, is it possible?

It's not currently possible to have custom link types on a per project basis in Jira.  There is a feature request for this in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-16325

That said, from a quick reading of the comments there, it appears that there might be one or more possible plugin solutions in Marketplace that might help.  Extended Schemes for Jira seems to be one possible option that might help here.   However I have not personally tried this plugin yet.
