Hello!
I want create a rule : when a substack is created, the field "labels" is valorized with the value of the parent issue.
My rule :
when issue is created
and the type of the issue is subtask
then modify the field "labels" with the value labels fron the parent issue
I put a screenshot but it is in french.
My error message (by google translat)
"Unknown fields were included during editing, they may not be available for the project/type. Check your custom field configuration. Ignored fields -
Description (description)
No fields or field values to edit for tickets (may be due to non-existing field values in a given project):
VAA-54"
(VAA-54 is my substack)
Do you have any idea?
The problem came from the actor of my rule.
I changed the actor and put my account and it's work !
Hello,
My rule was in one project. I changed my rule to become a global automation (it a rule for all my projects on jira - i have the admin right)
I have now a different error message, i don't have the permission to display my subtask ! So i think it is a problem of permission.

Hello @Charline Charrier .
Welcome to the community.
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? At the bottom of the navigation pane on the left it will say which type of project it is.
Is the Labels field part of the Issue Layout for your Sub-task issue types?

To look at the issue layout:
1. View a Sub-task issue. Click on Configure.
2. Is the Labels field listed on the left, as shown in this image, or is it on the right under Hidden Fields?
