Automation: Create issue with sub-tasks

I am trying to create an automtion rule that is sheduled to run at the start of each month.

The objective of the rule is create a new issue and two sub-tasks (in the same project).

When the rule is executed, an error is generated in the audit log.

Issue type is a sub-task but parent issue key or id not specified. (issuetype)

What I am doing wrong?

Can you please share a screenshot of your automation rule? Btw, did you check this other post? It can be a good reference to set the rule to trigger the creation of a task and subtasks at the start of the month:

 I have attached a screenshot image of the rule.

Please note, the rule does create the issue (Service Request) ticket, just not the sub-tasks.
