I get this error in free plan, but now i join the standard plan also get this error.
How can i fix it ?
E-mail sending has been disabled globally due to limits reached in the last 24 hours (if you just signed up your sending limit will increase automatically over the coming days). Please contact Atlassian Support if you need more help!

yoursite.atlassian.net/secure/admin/OutgoingMailServers.jspa
This is the place where outgoing emails can be enable, if its disable.
If you see that its already enabled, and yet your not able to use the automation, please reach Atlassian support
