Automation UAT email approval or denial button

Hello, 

  I was able to make a automation that sends an email to the business tester when UAT is ready however is there way from that email we can automate the approval and denial so when UAT is failed a automation trigger would transition that UAT issue to Reopen status in a sprint. And when UAT is approved it would transition that issue to Ready for Prod?

No it's iCloud Jira do I need to have that service ?  If so what workaround can we do in order to get email UAT pass and fail from the testers who do not have access to Jira? Does the workflow have to include a transition status for UAT Approval and UAT fail. I was hoping to avoid that with the automation email we already send to the business testers and from that email receive a fail or pass and automatic from those responses a rule trigger to transition to re-open is failed and ready for prod is passed with out adding transitions to the workflow. What is possible ?
