Automation: When I create an EPIC, add default content and update status

Hi Folks

Having a lot of fun with Jira Automation.  Just one flow I can't get my head around is at EPIC only level

When a new EPIC is created, I want the following actions to happen

- manually create Epic with Status TO DO

- Automatically, add "default" content to the epic description

- Then update the status to x

- Maybe even create a single default story.

Would you like this to happen every time an Epic is created? You could try an automation like the picture below:

It's not perfect and will probably need adjustments, but that automation should do the basics of what you are asking.

Thank you Tim.  I got it working with

[Jamie Scott]

And added the text I wanted to be populated in the new Epic with the Description Field.
