I have various automation jobs to create tickets at different times of the year. My jobs for the quarter are creating the tickets with data from a different automation job. So, I now have a number of tickets with identical details.
Hi David,
What do the Triggers and Conditions look like for each of those Rules?
Do you have the box checked to allow other rules to trigger this rule?
John, no that box isn't checked. Please see Clark's answer thread for some screenshots I posted of the rule, audit log, and resulting ticket.

John, we figured it out. Apparently the bulk of the automation tasks were cloned, but the person who went in and updated the cloned jobs did not update the title and description on the 'create issue' step of the rule. They only updated the title and description of the rule itself. We've got 60 new rules added, so this will be fun updating them all. (wish there was an automation for that!)

Hi David,
Can you share screenshots of the rules or how the rules work so we can help troubleshoot? Without seeing what rules you have applied, it's hard to see what's going on.
Best,
Clark
