Automation doesn't match

Hi folks! 

I didn't understand why the automation doesn't match in second rule. 

My second rule say, If Slack Thread is empty do the action, but there is some cases that there isn't slack thread and the automation doesn't match.

Could you please provide a bit more information about your second condition?  Is [JIRAYA] Slack Thread a custom field in your instance that you are checking to see if the value is empty?

If so can you please describe what type of custom field that is?

From the information provided it would seem as if there is a hidden value in that field so while it might appear empty it actually isn't and you may want to use a different method to determine if it has the value you want/are expecting or not.

My second condition look if there is something (comment) in the Slack Thread and it's a custom field as well. 

I understood what Jimmy told, about there is a hidden value in this field, I'll check.
