Automation errors

Hi,

I have and automation of returning the previous assignee when transitioning from the statuses category review to the done status, and applying it to multiple projects. It works for all the projects except the one with the Review status which is not appearing when I am trying to input into the "Issue Transitioned " rule.

Please, help me out. Aso it shows some Review 10027 and Review 10055 which are false statuses. I dont have such statuses in any of my projects.

Hi @Lena Sargsyan 

you could probably take a look at <your Atlassian instance>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewStatuses.jspa and look for Review statuses, to identify where they are from.
They could also have been created but are not in use in any workflow.

Regarding the numbers, you are right. They are generated by the system and represent the internal id of the status.

Hi @Lena Sargsyan ,

I guess you have several team managed projects with review status in their corresponding workflows. Because of that, you have these duplicate Review entries with different numbers.

Hi, @Kai Sören Becker thanks for your response. I have only one team-managed project the rest are company-managed and I don't have review statuses with those names. It seems that those numbers are generated by the system. And I do have a review status with the name just "Review" and in the drop-down, it doesn't show up and respectively the automation doesn't work for that workflow (with the Review status). What do you think? How can this be fixed?
