Automation for JIRA Plugin issue

Hi Team,

I saw some of the videos there i saw in the "Automation for JIRA plugin" Schedule and new action item inside "Send Excel" option.

I installed "Automation for JIRA plugin" in my local machine  but i am unable to find the "send Excel" option.

I have attached the Video reference link and My Screenshot as well, Please do the needful for us.

This is another app, which extends the functionality of Automation for Jira and Better Excel Exporter for Jira

Also note from the Marketplace description:

Better Excel Automation allows generating, exporting and emailing Excel spreadsheets from Jira issues, by integrating Better Excel Exporter with Automation Lite.

Note: both those apps must be installed before this can be enabled!

The order in which you install these apps matters due to the dependencies between them.

Please make sure you follow (reinstall) the right order outlined in the app's documentation: https://www.midori-global.com/products/better-excel-automation-for-jira/server/installation

If you still can't see the automation action, please open a ticket and we can look into it for you.

and one more problem i am facing when i got mail that xlsx format isn't opening it showing resource not found error. I have attached the screenshot for your reference, PFA

Most probably your Excel export template has been renamed or removed.

Please open a ticket for the technical support team, so they can look into it for you.
