The Automation Rule : When a commit is made → then move issue to in progress
When the Transition is made the issue does not appear on the board, only on all issues with the status changed properly.
On the issue if you click Agile Board -> There are no boards which contain this issue.

Some quick questions:
Note that it looks like 3 and 4 are asking the same question, but they are not really. The issue view looks at the database for the status, and the search looks at the index. If they get different results, we know the index is broken...
At first the issue was on the board in the status "To Do", it was changed automatically by the Jira Automation but it disappeared from the board.

Ok, that's ruled out a lot of stuff, but we need to look again at question 1 and some of the stuff around it.
Can you compare two issues please - one that has this problem, and one that is appearing on the board correctly?
Can you confirm the board filter should be selecting the issue, and how the status are mapped into the columns?

Thanks a lot,
The status mapping was not configured correctly by my side and I was not including "in progress" status to the IN PROGRESS column in the board. I included it now and its working fine.
Previously here I had only "development" status.
I am new to the topic and I appreciate very much your assistance. :)
