Automation not working for Team

Hi,

We have created automation rule for when assignee selected then automatically Team also updated. Please check this rule.

When: Issue assigned

If: Matches

Team A

Then: Edit issue fields 

 Advanced   

But in Edit issue we are facing problem please help.

Hi Zubair,

Can you share a screen shot of the Edit issue fields details? 

Also, what type of project is this? Team-managed? Company-managed? JSM?

Finally, are you sure that the Advanced field is in the context for the project and that it is on the Create screen used by that project.
