Hi All,
I setup some automation rules in JIRA to handle ticket assignments and email notifications. The rules were working fine until today. The same rules that I had working a few days ago are now not triggered. Nothing has changed in the JIRA setup since then.
I checked if we are still within our allowance and we are (we are on a free plan with 49 executions left).
I did change some of the rules to run on one project only to avoid the execution limit of the free plan, which also makes senes since we only have one project. When I tested them just after making the change, they were working just fine.
Where should I even start troubleshooting this?
