Automation rules to sync epics

It would be very useful to sync epic status with its stories. For example if an epic's story is In Progress the epic should be in that state too. If all children are done, epic should be closed. If all children are blocked....etc .

@Federico Mete this will eventually be built into next-gen projects but it's unlikely to be in the short term. Thanks!
