Automation rules

Is it possible to create an Automation rule where:
If the “Project” category equals Archived then closed all open sprint

Hi @Eric Roetenberg 

The issue here is I do not think there is anything in Automation for Jira that can detect that a project is in archived state.

Without this, there is no way to automate an event based on project archived status.

I will suggest raising a feature request at https://jira.atlassian.com

In the meantime, you could:

  1. Search for all issues in the project that are not in a closed status
  2. Bulk transition them to closed status
  3. Archive your project once this is done.

Hello Ismael

It is not about 1 project, I am an administrator and I would like to all projects that have a certain category status , close the Issue of as well as the Epics and then close the Sprint. So that these do not come to the fore in reports and thus pollute the data here
