Automation to Send an Email when the Issue is Still in a Particular Status

Hi,

I want to send an email when an issue was created 4 Days Ago and still in a particular status.

I am trying to use a Scheduled Trigger to run everyday.

However, I do not want to send an email for an issue that already has an email sent.

Will "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed" Checkbox do that?

Yes, that will do the trick! Test it before going live.
