Automation to set status on parent issue

I have a JSM project and create linked software issues that are linked. When I change the status to DONE in the software project issue I want the linked JSM issue to be set to DONE. Here is what I have but it doesn't work. Should I include I have it run on both the JSM and Software project?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
The logs says no related issues could be found.
So I want, issue in a SF project called FSO, is transitioned to done to mark the linked issue in a Jira Service Management project called FS to be marked done.
